How does it work?
We all know an amazing mom in our lives!  Congratulate her by nominating her to win one of three $2,500 certificates to 3 Day Blinds to put towards new fancy window treatments for her house!  Then tell you and your friends to vote for her.  It's easy, just register first, then click on the "Nominate an Amazing Mom" tab at the top and fill out a description on why she is so amazing!  The contest runs May 4, 2016 - July 31, 2016.  Winners will be drawn at the end of every month, determined by the most amount of votes received.

How will winners be notified?
If your nominee is selected, you will be contacted by 3 Day Blinds via phone or email to determine if all eligibility requirements are met.  Please note that the Amazing Mom winner will be responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes.  The winner will be responsible for picking up the gift certificate at KGTV studios: 4600 Air Way, San Diego, CA 92012.
